Emily & Jackson

Set against the setting golden sun on the hills in Ormeau, Emily and Jackson danced and kissed as I captured the love between them. I have actually worked with the couple before a few months ago, when I had the pleasure of painting their wedding live on the night. I now had the pleasure of conducting their photoshoot as they announce Emily’s pregnancy to the world.

Ormeau Hill is the perfect location for those cinematic shots of beautiful views, wild grass, and gorgeous sunsets. I try to keep posing to a minimum, as photos can easily turn out stiff and lifeless. My approach is to provide prompts to the couple to have them move naturally together so that I can truly capture the essence of their relationship in those candid moments.
